Klinefelter's syndrome - A chromosome abnormality that prevents normal male sexual development and causes irreversible infertility due to the presence of an extra female (X) chromosome. In some cases pregnancies may be achieved by the retrieval of sperm via biopsy of the testicles and fertilization of eggs by ICSI combined with IVF
