The female causes of infertility often are:

• Lacking ovulation
• Tubal blockage 
• PCO – Polycystic ovary 
• Endometriosis

And, there is about 15% of infertile women who owe the condition to none of the factors above. These women are said to have unexplained infertility. These women may/ maynot bear children in course of time.
