Natural Childbirth though often tiring, is one of the most memorable experiences for both mother and child. Unlike delivering a baby under the effect of medicines and drugs, natural childbirth allows the mother child bond to come into force soon after birth and this helps boost the cofidence and comfort levels in both.

A normal natural birth is one in which the baby comes out head first and the placenta follows in about 5-45 minutes. Sometimes the child has to be assisted with forceps if the labour is too long and the baby or the mother is at risk.
